sorry to gloat, but it's like christmas... i now have jars of preserved lemons, beetroot, mango and tomato chutney and chilli, coriander and coconut sauce... what more could you wish for a barbeque summer...
it's the only club i've started that actually keeps happening... though maybe hoop club and soup club work intermittently... it's a happy combination of friends, beer, cheese and homemade condiments... the only hazards are cheese weakness and over indulgence... but it's christmas time...
i'll post my tomato relish recipe on the chutney club blog later... make chutney not war...
