I just gave my boyfriend another haircut, I've taken to calling him haystacks, he, of course, blames me.
'It was never haystacks before you started with it.'
He's right of course, but that's what you get, when you let a complete amateur cut your hair. Granted, it may be a bit unnerving when I burst into laughter in the midst of snipping, but It's mostly cause I LOVE cutting hair, it fills me with glee. Not because I've just cut off too much and part of it is now (whoops) weirdly sticking out. Nope. Not that, not this time.

I do ok, a bit rough and tumble, but raffishly handsome.

I have the day off so I am going to paint some pictures and drink cups of tea, in preparation for the weekend. Little things are making me happy, like haircuts, and carrying home a whole box of the most delicious beer after work. Also bigger things like parcels from the other side. Drawings from my boys, and homemade tomato sauce, thank you Tai! Best go buy some wurst to sizzle up and splash the sauce.
