Saw the wall myself before it came down. A friend gave me a piece of it - not sure if it's authentic. Did you take these photos yourself. Being there was a very surreal experience - with that huge wall running through the city. Bizarre to think in this day and age something like that even existed.
Berlin is amazing at the moment Luke, and I keep walking around feeling abit sad to be leaving, BUT I am taking a million photos, (hi marie louise) and soaking up as much of the madness while I can...
The wall is just bits now, and piecing together the way it carved up the city and it's people is an exercise in fascination & despair at the things that can be done in the name of politics...
