Fire moon

Last night before band practice Don flame grilled kangaroo fillets. He's known for it. It was a nice night for standing around the fire, even just for a little while. I must be a bit of a moth lately. Some more fire, this time from Easter. Stoking the fire and staring at the moon. Which reminds me, this weekend another SUPER MOON is due. And this is perfect listening for a full moon post, Lost Animal.

Fire

dell

We had a backyard fire Saturday evening. I was semi comatose at that point after a huge week and a long day. Vodka, BBQ and fire torches went a ways towards fixing me. Thanks as always to my partners in crime.

Now, lastly, a link to an interview, with a warning - I am crap at interviews, always saying something dumb - but here you go. Thanks to Nilina Mason-Campbell for her kind words, and for thinking of me! Visit her here.

front vs back

I have been doing a fair bit of stitching whilst watching The Ashes. It's quite a nice combination of activities, believe it or not. The two together are much more bearable than either on it's own. I'm pretty amateur with the stitching, but it makes for a more authentic fire if you turn it over and look at the haphazard mess of threads at the back.
