The farm

Just back from a night in the Redesdale Hilton (a caravan upgrade on our tiny tent) on the farm, where we lounged in hammocks, planted trees and hunted for chocolate eggs. Nothing is as catching as four year old eggcitement. One way to sneak in a walk around the property is to go on a hunt for an Easter Rabbit. It's also an excuse to find some Quinces and Alpacas.

We had delicious crunchy apples, and campfire cooking by Annie, Kade and Luke, we ate Lamb Shanks with dates, sweet potato, lentils, cinnamon and abit of charcoal, Nonna's beans and spicy King Dory. I roasted and exploded some chestnuts too. We talked ghost stories, UFO stories, mining stories and Dinosaur stories.
